There are currently no fees for permits. Registering will ensure you have no TM / copyright issues when using farm buildings as backgrounds. Donations help with farm maintenance.
VERY IMPORTANT!
NO buses, oversize vehicles, specialty cars, and camper vans are not PERMITTED on this Private Property unless registered. Traffic and activities are monitored .
Absolutely NO camping.
