Friends of Scotsdale Farm is a federally incorporated non-soliciting Not-for-profit
founded in 2014, located on the Niagara Escarpment,Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada.
Our Mandate is a simple one......to " Help Protect and Steward Scotsdale Farm"
with the support of Ontario Heritage Trust, and the Bruce Trail Conservancy.
We are very proud of what we do, and what has been accomplished thus far.
We will use this page to keep the public up to date with what is going on at Scotsdale Farm,
along with providing everyone with important information.
Over the years, the farm has been a popular spot for film shoots, which include :
The Recruit, Fahrenheit 451, Taken, Reign and recently
Although Phoenix | Gilead 4 Productions has not begun filming again, the farm is once again open to the public from the Trafalgar Road North entrance. We ask all visitors to use the designated parking area only.
Scotsdale Farm is a very special place, and making it visible to the public is very important to us!
Over the past 28 days, 68k have found us on Google maps. and we have had 75.5k views!
It is important for everyone to keep following social distancing, and please keep groups to a maximum of 10 people.
A little common sense is all it takes! Also, please don't forget to keep your dogs on leash!
Keeping things tidy around the farm is a daily chore. During the summer months, we empty our garbage bins two times a week! We ask our visitors to dispose all of their unwanted stuff in the bins. This includes the odd dog walker who picks up after their dog in public, bags the poop, then throws it away (not in the bins) in private! A disgusting, and extremely selfish habit!
Littering fines can go up to 5k too!
